Partner and strategy designer with more than 20 years' experience designing strategies, operating models and transformation programs that are practical, people-centred and grounded in the realities of high-risk, complex environments. Amy partners closely with organisations to co-design solutions, connecting strategy, governance and culture so initiatives deliver operational value, shift behaviour and last. Her work spans the full transformation lifecycle, from shaping direction and simplifying systems to strengthening leadership, risk management and performance alignment. A regular conference and industry speaker, Amy spent more than a decade at EY and Deloitte before joining Veyter, most recently as a Senior Director.
