Agilitas is pleased to announce the appointment of Kirk Gibson as Equity Partner and Head of U.S. Operations and Strategy Consulting. This marks a significant milestone in the firm's continued international expansion and its focus on U.S. clients and markets. Kirk joins Agilitas with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning military service, consulting, operational transformation, and executive leadership.
His appointment strengthens Agilitas' presence in North America while enhancing the firm's ability to support clients navigating complex operational, digital, and organizational challenges across global markets.
A graduate of Lehigh University, Kirk began his leadership journey as a commissioned U.S. Army officer, leading soldiers through multiple deployments. That experience established a leadership philosophy centered on resilience, accountability, and developing people under challenging conditions — principles that have guided his career ever since.
After completing his International MBA at the Darla Moore School of Business, Kirk built a distinguished consulting career focused on helping organizations improve performance, accelerate growth, and create lasting operational excellence. He has developed deep expertise in client engagement, strategic account management, consultative sales, and delivery leadership. His success ultimately led to senior leadership responsibilities, and along the way he helped create opportunities and successful careers for many others.
