Agilitas and LorinCloud Form Strategic Alliance to Deliver Next-Generation AWS AI Solutions in the UK.
London, UK — 8 August 2026 — Agilitas Advisory and LorinCloud today announced a strategic alliance that brings together two high-growth innovators to accelerate AI-enabled transformation across the UK. The partnership combines LorinCloud's AWS-native AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud modernization capabilities with Agilitas' consulting, advisory, and engineering capabilities across strategy, transformation, and capital project execution.
LorinCloud becomes Agilitas' exclusive AWS delivery partner in the UK, while Agilitas becomes LorinCloud's exclusive advisory and consulting partner. Together, the firms will co-design solutions, jointly pursue opportunities, and deliver AI-powered modernization programs for clients across energy, infrastructure, financial services, and the broader enterprise market.
